1. I love old things. Antique furniture, used books, 40s music, vintage markets, historic homes - I could go on and on. There is something so beautiful to me about giving a new purpose to an item that has already lived a long, rich life and I will always find a way to weave in the old with the new when I can.

2. I am an Ohio girl at heart. I soak in the California sun whenever I get a chance, but the deep colors of autumn, crisp whites of winter, bright blooms of spring, and the liveliness of summer get me giddy with inspiration.

3. Interior design holds a lot of weight for me. Browsing a thrift store looking for a diamond in the rough after a long day isn’t work to me- it’s my therapy.

1. Interior Design has been a lifelong dream. Recently, I came across floorplan sketches I used to draw on graph paper from when I was younger. While most of my friends drew the exterior of the house (you know, the square with the triangle on top and two little windows?), I focused on the layout and how many bedrooms or movie theater rooms I wanted.

2. I was born and raised in San Diego! While I love to travel and visit new places, San Diego is where I call home.
